The conversation will focus on understanding the new exceptions for facilitating the transitions to value-based care; clarifying policy and revisions to rules on payment discrepancies, the use of payment by physician exception, and the isolated transactions exception; and new flexibilities including limited remuneration in the absence of documentation, donations of cybersecurity technology, and the 90-day grace period for writing and signature requirements.
