Laura Keidan MartinRamana Rameswaran and Rachel Adams will present at the IPMI Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute in Huntington Beach, CA on October 4th.

Laura will serve as a panelist during the "Critical Insights, Updates and Considerations in the Healthcare Law Landscape" program where the panelists will discuss key questions on the minds of hospital and health system general counsels and chief legal officers, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and syndications, contracting, regulatory and operational matters or compliance and investigations.

Ramana will present the "Think Tank: Returning to Normal: Addressing Compliance After COVID-19 Changes and Funding." The presentation will examine how compliance will need to be readdressed as the Public Health Emergency declared for the pandemic winds down. 

Laura and Rachel will co-present "Avoiding Antitrust and Regulatory Pitfalls in Strategic Transactions." This presentation will explore Biden administration antitrust scrutiny of health care transactions and False Claim Act (FCA) cases.
