About Cheryl Camin Murray

Bringing dual advanced degrees in law and public health to her practice, Cheryl Murray steers health care clients through the daunting regulatory and compliance challenges they face. Cheryl previously served as the Chief Legal Officer for one of the largest private equity supported physician practice management companies in the country. She learned the inside perspective on the complexities involved in managing the day-to-day legal issues as they are intertwined with operational and financial hurdles. This invaluable experience has led her to find practical solutions for systems, facilities, companies and individuals throughout the health care industry, including hospitals, physician groups, technology vendors, management companies, long-term care companies and private equity firms as well as financial institutions. Clients turn to Cheryl for contractual, compliance and transactional issues, as she structures their complex arrangements in a manner that fits their particular corporate goals and operations in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Clarity in a puzzling world

In the rapidly changing world of health care, the law doesn't always keep up, leading to gray or puzzling areas. The clarity and decisiveness of her counsel benefits clients facing high-pressure situations like the aftermath of a HIPAA security breach.

Cheryl helps clients with many of the day-to-day legal issues and questions that develop in the medical world, including licensing, contractual and liability matters.
